About Us

Meet The OK Boomer

I'm Nick, president and co-founder of The OK Boomer Co. Thanks for visiting our site—it truly means the world to us!
Who We Are

Based in Toronto, Canada, The OK Boomer Co. is a small but dedicated business with one mission: to improve the lives of location sound technicians around the world. Though we're a new name in the industry, we bring years of on-set experience to the table. I've been part of the film industry since 2015, working in various sound roles. Today, I work as a sound mixer, boom operator, and UST. Alongside me is my co-founder, Jon Couture—a mechanical engineer, woodworker, and design expert. Jon's passion for craftsmanship helps ensure that every OK Boomer is built to last!

What We Do

The OK Boomer is more than just a product—it's a solution designed by film professionals, for film professionals. We meticulously craft each boom pole holder from high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. We're committed to quality and take pride in our work, knowing that it enhances your workflow and supports you through the demands of set life.

Why We Do It
From day one, our goal has been to build a community of sound technicians who are proud of their craft. Our products are built to reflect that pride and help you succeed on set. After all, your success is our success, and we're here to be a partner you can trust!

Our Values

At The OK Boomer Co., we're driven by values of quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. We believe every sound technician deserves the best, which is why we're dedicated to creating long-lasting products. As a small business, we prioritize our customers, our team, and our community. Transparency and respect are at the heart of everything we do.

Looking Ahead

While we're focused on creating top-tier boom pole holders, we're always looking ahead. We're excited to expand our offerings and continue supporting the sound community in new ways. We look forward to growing with you and appreciate all your feedback and support.

Lastly...

If you're curious about our name, just look up the meme. And if you're not sure what that means... well, OK, Boomer!
