WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, and Diner's Club.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for both engraved and non- engraved products and offer full refunds in both cases. Here's how the process works:
For Direct Purchases:
• Submit a return request form through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions for returning your item(s).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties.
• Please provide tracking details so we can monitor the status of your return. If we don't receive the return and are unable to verify the shipping details, we won't be able to issue a refund.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we've received and inspected the returned item.

For Purchases Through Dealers:
• If you purchased your OK Boomer through one of our authorized dealers, please contact the dealer directly for details on their return policy.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes! We offer a one-year limited warranty on all OK Boomers, excluding clothing and merchandise. Here’s what you need to know:
Coverage:
• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and significant craftsmanship issues, such as faulty materials or construction errors. Quality control is important to us, and we thoroughly inspect all orders before they ship.
• As each OK Boomer is handcrafted, minor natural imperfections in the wood are not covered.

• Wear from use, including water damage, normal wear and tear, overloading weight capacity, improper use (such as dropping or mishandling), and surface scuffs, is not covered.

• Customers are required to pay one-way shipping for warranty claims. If a manufacturing defect is found and a return is necessary for repair or replacement, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired or replacement OK Boomer back to you.
• If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace your OK Boomer free of charge. Repairs are made at our discretion, depending on the issue.

Warranty Start Date:
The warranty begins upon delivery of your OK Boomer. You have 60 days from the delivery date to register your product to activate the warranty.

How to Initiate a Claim:
To start a warranty claim, please visit our Contact Us page and provide the following information:
• Your name
• The email address used to register your product
• A brief description of the issue
• Detailed photos showing the defect

Timeframe:
While we aim to expedite warranty claims as quickly as possible, it may take up to 6 weeks to process your repair or replacement.

Important:
• Our one-year limited warranty currently applies only to the Original OK Boomer and does not cover other products sold on our site, such as clothing and merchandise.

• This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. To register your product, you will need to provide proof of purchase, so please keep your receipt handy. Proof of purchase is not required when submitting a warranty claim, as it is already provided during registration.
• We encourage you to get creative with your OK Boomer! While modifications will not void your warranty, this warranty does not cover any issues resulting from modifications made by the customer.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY OK BOOMER?

Think of your OK Boomer as a loyal, reliable companion. Crafted from premium-grade Birch plywood, it's built to be resilient, robust, and maneuverable—perfect for the demands of life on set. While no strict upkeep is required, a little care can go a long way in preserving its longevity. Here are some simple tips to help maintain your OK Boomer over time!

Avoid Rough, Grainy Surfaces: Whether you're filming in a studio or on location, we know it's sometimes difficult to avoid damage to your gear. Production environments can be unpredictable, and rough surfaces like rocks or gritty locations can cause unnecessary wear. Keep your OK Boomer away from harsh surfaces whenever possible to maintain its smooth finish for longer.

Prevent Impact Damage: Dents and dings are never fun. To keep your OK Boomer looking its best, ensure it's secured during transport and avoid drops or impacts. When setting it down, choose stable, flat surfaces to minimize the risk of rolling or falling. Please note that while designed for durability, the OK Boomer is still susceptible to normal wear and tear, which is not covered under warranty.

Minimize Water Exposure: Although our finish is highly water-resistant, prolonged exposure to water—especially if your OK Boomer has developed surface wear over time—can lead to wood degradation. It's best to keep it dry whenever possible. If your OK Boomer does get wet, dry it promptly with a soft cloth to remove excess moisture.

Regular Inspections: Periodically check your OK Boomer for signs of wear or damage. Early detection can help prevent more significant issues down the line. Be aware that heavy loads or extreme conditions may affect the performance and longevity of your OK Boomer. Rest assured, your OK Boomer is thoughtfully designed to withstand the rigours of on-set use. With proper care, it can serve you well for years to come!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts, making them the perfect gift for friends, family, or colleagues. Available in $100 CAD increments up to $1,000 CAD, these gift cards allow recipients to choose from our range of products, including The OK Boomer and more, giving them the flexibility to find exactly what they need.

Once purchased, the digital gift card will be sent directly to the recipient via email on the selected delivery date.

To redeem a gift card, simply enter the gift card code at checkout, and the value will be applied to your order.

ARE GIFT CARDS REFUNDABLE?

No, our digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. Please refer to our Digital Gift Card Policy for more details.

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?

To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code provided in your email during the checkout process on our website. The value of the gift card will be automatically applied to your order total!

CAN I USE MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS FOR A SINGLE TRANSACTION?

CAN I ENGRAVE IMAGES ON MY OK BOOMER?

Currently, we don’t offer image engraving as a standard feature. However, if you’re interested in a custom build, we can usually accommodate most special requests, subject to additional costs and timelines. Please Contact Us with your details, and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can tailor your OK Boomer to meet your specific needs!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Rest assured that we strive to turn around orders as quickly as possible. However, since each OK Boomer is handcrafted with care, please allow additional time for processing. Orders typically take between 2 to 4 weeks to process, especially if you’ve selected custom engraving. Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on order volume or factors outside our control, such as supply chain disruptions or carrier delays.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Changes requested within this window are guaranteed before processing begins. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate any modifications, as each OK Boomer is handcrafted.

If you wish to cancel your order, we’re here to help. You can submit a cancellation request through the Contact Us page at any time. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request. Please note that while we strive to assist you, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially once processing has started.

Once a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refunds will be processed promptly, although processing times may vary.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue efficiently, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: If you ordered directly from us, reach out via our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Claims for shipping-related damage must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving your order. If you purchased through a dealer, please contact the dealer directly.

Provide Details: Include clear, detailed photos of the damaged product(s) and the packaging in your message. This information will help us understand the issue better. For shipping damage claims, we may ask for specific angles or details to assess the claim accurately.

Await Resolution: We’ll review your information and respond as quickly as possible. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may offer one of the following solutions: A replacement item sent to you at no cost for legitimate shipping damage. A partial refund for minor damage that allows you to keep the item.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item, for which we will cover the shipping costs.

Important Note: Please keep in mind that this process specifically addresses damages incurred during shipping. While we strive to accommodate all claims, not every request will qualify for a replacement or refund. Each claim will be carefully assessed based on the provided evidence. Our commitment is to either replace the product or offer a partial/full refund, but we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we’re pleased to offer free shipping to Canada and the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, on orders that meet a minimum spend of CAD $150. If your order total is below this threshold, we have various shipping options available at competitive rates!
